Comikaze is a comic book store. The identity is inspired by comic books in general. The illustration style used is inspired by the artwork in comic books and how they utilize half tone. The subject matter of all these illustrations focus on how comic books tend to exaggerate simple objects to make them seem more exciting. Comikaze's bags are mylar comic book bags that can be used after purchasing a comic book for storage. The collectible illustration inside each bag acts to protect comic books from bending to keep them in pristine condition.

A board game based on the works of Alfred Hitchcock. The game represents the techniques he used in his films such as cameo appearances, use of the "MacGuffin" and suspense. The board turns to keep the players in suspense because one never really knows who is winning; the game can change at any moment. The games point system revolves around the "Macguffin," a technique Hitchcock used to divert viewer's attention from the plot to build suspense. The name of the game is called Baits to reference both to the Motel called "Bates" in one of his most famous movies, Psycho, and also because Hitchcock referred to his use of the MacGuffin as "bait" for his audience.

Players can only move forward in the game by collecting MacGuffin Points. A player can gain points by answering trivia and also by begging, borrowing or stealing from other players. The trivia cards were written to appeal to all audiences, not just Hitchcock fans.

A re-illustration of the book "Little Miss Shy" by Roger Hargreaves. I developed the style to resemble the effects of a spirograph to represent the nervous energy of being shy. I also designed the type displayed on the cover to match the style of the book.

The pronunciation of my last name has always been butchered upon first read. The concept of this book is based off the idea that my last name is pronounced “legal.” I played off the fact that my first initial in conjunction with my last name sounds like the word “illegal.” I aimed to keep the piece humorous and lighthearted. I decided to illustrate ridiculously funny laws still on the books in the United States.

With sustainability on their minds, many consumers have made the decision to carry reusable bags. With new materials come new problems the consumer should be aware of. If reusable bags are not washed they can house harmful bacteria like e-coli that can contaminate food. I designed this bag to remind owners of reusable bags to keep their bags clean and in turn keep their bodies healthy.

A children's theater puppet show that doubles as a night light. The technique used to illustrate the different scenes involves printing illustrations onto vellum and then layering the prints onto a light table and photographing. The photographs were then printed onto vellum for a transparent effect. The nightlight is easily assembled and packs into a slender box for easy storing. To accommodate to the target market I wrote a poem re-telling the story of Frankenstein to go along with the piece.
